Directions to Mindful Healing
Mindful Healing is located at 70 Nod Hill Road in Ridgefield, CT
From the North: From Interstate 84, take Exit 3, which merges into Route 7 south. Continue south 9 miles. At the intersection of Routes 102 and 7 (at the traffic light), turn right and continue one-quarter mile. Turn left on Old Branchville Road. Travel approximately one-quarter mile to the stop sign. Turn left onto Nod Hill Road and proceed up the hill, approximately one-quarter mile. Once you reach the top of the hill, turn left onto the access road identified by two mail boxes on either side of the access road. The first house on the right is #70. If you pass Weir Farm National Historic Site, you've traveled about a quarter mile too far on Nod Hill Road.
From the South: From the Merritt Parkway, take Exit 41, Route 33 north, to Route 7 north. Follow Route 7 approximately 6 miles north of Wilton Center. At the intersection of Routes 102 and 7 (at the traffic light), turn left and continue one-quarter mile. Turn left on Old Branchville Road. Travel approximately one-quarter mile to the stop sign. Turn left onto Nod Hill Road and proceed up the hill, approximately one-quarter mile. Once you reach the top of the hill, turn left onto the access road identified by two mail boxes on either side of the access road. The first house on the right is #70. If you pass Weir Farm National Historic Site, you've traveled about a quarter mile too far on Nod Hill Road.
Please do not be mistaken by a map listing for Nod Road in the vicinity. Additionally, Nod Hill Road runs approximately 3 miles through Ridgefield and Wilton. Mindful Healing is located on the northern end of Nod Hill Road, in Ridgefield, not Wilton.
