In our rushed and busy lives, we often feel overwhelmed. The accumulated effect of stress is one of the major causes of heart disease, hypertension, digestive problems, weight issues, and immune system disorders.


Using an individualized approach, Linda Lubin will design a program suitable to your needs. You will learn how to reduce stress levels, eat well, sleep well, enjoy life, and still be highly productive. Sessions may incorporate one or more mind/body healing modalities for stress, anger, or anxiety, including relaxation skills, guided imagery, hypnosis, or Reiki.


With the help of many skills and tools, Linda will help guide you towards setting realistic goals for yourself in developing a healthy lifestyle. Then, you will learn how to achieve those goals, overcoming obstacles and limiting beliefs.


The number of sessions will vary depending on your needs. Some clients choose to do just one session, to learn a few highly effective skills to help them with surgery, or cancer treatment. Others wish to go deeper, and will schedule sessions accordingly.


Linda's office is located on a beautiful, tree filled property. Because she believes that the environments we live in and work in have a profound effect on our health and well being, she has created a peaceful, healing place for the work she does.
